Recent site traffic figures (up to September 2002) show an average of over 150,000 page impressions per month generated from in excess of 40,000 site visits per month. While these figures are only a guide to past performance, they are expected to continue to grow due to increased expenditure on web-based advertising such as banner adverts and CPC search engine placement

More importantly, your advert will be seen by active UK Internet shoppers - In a recent site poll more than 70% said they purchase products online at least once per month with around 40% spending over £50 on a single transaction.

Campaign Tracking

All advertisers are given a personal login name and password which provides secure access to real-time, web-based statistics and reports from any browser. On-screen statistics are available for either an entire campaign or for each individual advert and include number of views, number of clicks and click-through ratio for selected periods.

For the "standard banner" and "Shared Sponsorship" options, the random banner rotation operates by selecting each advert in turn from a "pool" of up to 5 adverts. This ensures that your advert is not repeatedly shown to the same visitor whilst still getting regular impressions.

For the "sole sponsorship" option, your advert will be only button advert displayed in your chosen category in any period but, as stated above, you may supply more than one image for be used. When multiple images are supplied, they will be displayed in a random rotation as explained above to ensure even distribution.

Buying a campaign

To start advertising on OnlinePriceGuide, select your chosen option from the following list and then complete the enquiry form. Please ensure that you read and agree to the Terms and Conditions before applying.

Definitions:

"You" - The advertiser
"We" - Notionlogic Ltd
"OnlinePriceGuide" - The web site at http://www.onlinepriceguide.co.uk

1. Buying a campaign to advertise on OnlinePriceGuide denotes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. We reserve the right to reject an application or advert that is deemed to be detrimental to OnlinePriceGuide.
3. No offensive language, racism, sexism, pornography, illegal activity, misleading or other offensive material and/or links to such sites may be included in adverts submitted.
4. You must ensure that all adverts:
• do not violate any intellectual property rights of any third party
• do not contain anything of a libellous, defamatory, obscene or scandalous nature
• comply with the international codes of advertising practice
5. All payments must be made in advance but will be fully refunded if a campaign is cancelled before any adverts are shown.
6. In the event of cancellation once a campaign has begun, any refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis and will be subject to a £20 cancellation charge.
7. The Notionlogic Ltd and OnlinePriceGuide names, information, databases, reports, sites, software and logos are NOT to be copied and/or distributed without explicit written permission from Notionlogic Ltd. Any violation of copyright-ownership to the above mentioned items will lead to the initiation of legal proceedings.
8. The entire liability of Notionlogic Ltd arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the arrangements contemplated in them shall not exceed the sum paid by you to Notionlogic Ltd for any advertising campaigns.
