Welcome to the ONLINEPRICEGUIDE site.

I am continually working to improve and expand this site in order to provide a better service to site visitors. Much of this work is as a result of visitors comments and for that I must thank everyone who has contributed so far. Please keep the suggestions coming in, preferably via the site forum so that everyone can see what is going on.

It would appear that all the problems have now been resolved and the site is operating correctly again. I would like tooffer my apologies again to anyone who experienced any problems during the recent upgrade and I will do my best to ensure that all the updates to price information are completely up to date as soon as possible.

There will be some improvements/changes carried out in the early hours of tomorrow on the OnlinePriceGuide server so the website may not be available during the hours of 2AM-8AM (UK time). It is possible that there may be some further transitional problems once the changes have been made so please accept my apologies if you have problems over the next day or so...

The United Devices Cancer Research Project is asking you to volunteer your PC to help process molecular research being conducted by the Department of Chemistry at Oxford University and the US National Foundation for Cancer Research. To participate, you simply download a very small, no cost, non-invasive software program that works like a screensaver: it runs when your computer isn't being used, and processes research until you need your machine. Your computer never leaves your desk, and the project never interrupts your usual PC use.

A brand new section has just been added - Household Appliances - where you can compare prices on a selection of fridges, freezers, microwaves, washing machines, tumble dryers etc. More products will be added shortly, once the current changes have been proved to work correctly and without any problems.

You can now compare prices on Nicam Video Recorders and Rear Projection Televisions as they have just been added as categories in the Electrical section.

A new feature has just been added to the site - CAR INSURANCE QUOTES - and, subject to a successful trial, I hope to expand this section of the site further so let me know any comments or suggestions.
